Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Southwest Airlines Deposit

The deposit is not Refundable - if you do not make the trip, your payment will be credited to your team dues.

UNCW 24-25 Hockey Season

A full refund will be given to players that do not make the UNCW Hockey team or you decline your roster spot after tryouts.
